in order to facilitate this, a management consultant from creative initiative foundation (cif) was commissioned to conduct a strategic review of the organisation.

due to the flexible and informal nature of the organisation field research was undertaken and a workshop held to discuss the issues related.  this enabled all the participants to air their views and discuss the issues.

the results of this, conclusions and recommendations together with a proposed  action plan make up the bulk of the report.
